In my practice I take ample time to understand your ailments and how they impact on the rest of your life. My approach is holistic and based on the understanding that your body, mind and emotions are interconnected. My training has taught me to look at the root causes of why you have become unwell and what changes need to be made to remedy that. Alongside homeopathic remedies I may recommend dietary and lifestyle modifications, herbal organ support, emotional support with flower essences, exercise, and meditation to help restore balance, enhance vitality and maintain optimum levels of well-being.
I treat people suffering from a wide range of conditions. I have a particular interest in treating children’s digestive disorders (e.g. reflux, colic, leaky gut, diarrhoea, and constipation) and children’s mental health (e.g. anxiety, depression, ADHD, ADD). The Gut-Brain connection is very apparent in developing children, and the health of one clearly impacts on the other. Nourishing and healing the gut from an early stage is imperative to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being, and to prevent a whole host of chronic conditions later in life e.g. autoimmune conditions, asthma, eczema, anxiety, depression etc. These conditions can be effectively treated in a gentle and natural way with homeopathy with no medication side effects to worry about.
Though many of my patients suffer with chronic ailments I also offer advice for acute conditions. I’ve gained extensive experience treating acute conditions through my work at Ainsworths homeopathic pharmacy, and The Travelling Homeopath’s Collective.
I graduated from the University of Westminster with a Bsc (Hons) degree in Homeopathic medicine and Health Sciences in 2005. I continue to actively keep up to date with the latest research and developments in homeopathy, in order to grow and enhance my knowledge. I value an integrated approach to medicine, and am happy to work closely with other health practitioners.
