What happens during a treatment?

On the first session a brief medical history and lifestyle report will be taken. You will then be asked to undress in private. Using warm towels the therapist will then lie you down facing up, on a massage couch and the treatment will then commence with hot stones placed under your back, on your face, in your hands and on all chakra points on your front of your body. The therapist will then commence to do a full body massage using hot stones. The treatment takes about one hour.

How often should I have a treatment?

In the initial stages, the first treatment should be followed up by a treatment the following week, depending on how the client is feeling. Thereafter a treatment once a month is recommended.
