Placing Orders

Buying Goods

Orders can be made online at times that are convenient to you. However please note that orders will only be processed during our normal business hours Monday to Friday. Also, we reserves the right to refuse to sell or supply goods to any person or company for any reason.

When you place an order through our Website it is considered to be an offer from you to purchase a product(s) from us – and it remains an offer, and does not form a binding contract, even if we send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided during the ordering process.

When your payment has been fully processed, and your order is ready to ship, we will send a confirmation order dispatch email – the sending of which makes the contract between us.

If a particular product is not available at the time of shipping, we will include details of the same and will either (a) refund you the value of that product or (b) send it to you at a future date or (c) make another arrangement with you (e.g. credit note).

Promotions and Discounts

Offers and promotions are generally not available in our stores unless otherwise indicated. However, when they are, a discounted item may not be further discounted by using a discount promotion or code or similar means.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery options and charges, if applicable, are not included in an items price but should be visible during checkout. If you are purchasing with a non-euro credit card, the exchange rate will be set by either your card provider or our payment gateway (e.g. PayPal). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to withdraw from sale any products advertised online at any stage without prior notification.

Shipping Information

Where possible, and assuming all items ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected restocking and new delivery dates. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Feel free to query your order at any stage by replying to one of our emails, or through our Contact Page.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation by You

You may cancel and return your entire order, or part thereof, by notifying us in writing up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you decided to cancel your order after we have dispatched it, then you must return the product(s) to Sligo Wellness, Wine Street, Sligo F91 HF60. The product(s) should arrive with us in good condition and unopened (we recommend using a professional delivery service to allow you track your order).

You can no longer cancel your order, and/or return an item, once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

We will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the Goods are returned in a satisfactory condition. Postage costs we charged you will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders – but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. We will not be liable for any costs incurred by you to return an item, or your entire order, to us.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if

– we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you ordered;
– we do not deliver to your area;
– or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

In the event that we do cancel our contract with you, we will notify you by e-mail and will refund you as soon as possible but no later than 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
